We disclose that:

• Board Members: Evermore Gather Grow Lead Inc. does not provide compensation to board members for their service on the board.
• Board-Associated Companies: If payments are made to companies in which board members have an interest, these are fully disclosed, justified, and reviewed to ensure they align with the organization's best interests. Any such payments are subject to a conflict-of-interest policy, which requires full disclosure and approval by the Board to maintain integrity and accountability.
